- In a French Press combine cold water with coffee grounds and stir until all grounds are wet. I used about 1/2 cup ground coffee with two cups water.
- Let sit over night.
- Add more cold water. I added about a cup and a half.
- Strain using your french press.
- Pour over ice with your desired sugar, milk or creamer. I used white chocolate mocha creamer but plan to try out caramel syrup and soy milk tomorrow!

Coffee on ice - mmmmmm!
The weather is nice so that means I'm craving my coffee on ice. I decided to try a "cold brew" batch of coffee and was pleasantly surprised. Pretty simple process and delicious!
